  • M.B.A., Penn State University, 2007
First year at SCAD:

"I believe that a life journey is about discovering, exploring and developing your personal potential for growth and for contributing to the world around you in ways that make the world a better place than the one you found on your birthday. Throughout my career, I have been impressed with the opportunity a career in the fashion industry provides for achieving personal growth on a large scale, if one only has the courage to take on challenges that may seem insurmountable at first glance. After a very successful career in the fashion industry, I look forward to sharing with students all the fashion industry has to offer for their lives and to preparing them with courage and confidence to seize the challenges that lie ahead for them to facilitate personal growth and professional achievement."

As merchandise manager at Neiman Marcus, Green provided leadership to the store management team for achieving sustained growth of sales and market share while also building quality of customer service and expanding the client base of the business.

As vice president and merchandise manager for David's Bridal, Green worked effectively with merchandising and design teams to develop and introduce new bridal collections to successfully expand the scope of the business to encompass 25 percent of all bridal gown sales in the U.S.

As director of stores for Henri Bendel New York, Green provided leadership to a diverse group of store teams for building a stores organization recognized across the industry for its commitment to fashion leadership, store visual presentation and the highest levels of customer service.
