"Of utmost importance to me as a professor is working one-on-one with my students. I strive to make each project relevant to my students regardless whether their major is painting, fashion design or sound design. Making projects relevant to each student encourages them to take ownership of their work and generally has the end result of a project that goes above and beyond what the student thought he or she could do. Witnessing the transformation in my students as they become increasingly at ease with using software as a creative tool is something that I cherish as a professor."
