Brian Schindler

B.A., theater arts, University of California, Los Angeles, 1990

"After working in the film and television industry for 20 years as an animation and visual effects artist, I felt the need to expand my artistic skills and experiences. My growth as an animator necessitated a change that would put me in an environment where I could learn while helping others achieve their creative goals. I've become even more passionate about animation since coming to SCAD, and I'm gratified beyond words when my students demonstrate their passion and newfound understanding of the art form through their unique vision. Their success inspires me to become a better animator."
