First year at SCAD:

"Growing up in an acclaimed educational institute in Mumbai, the Indian Institute of Technology, I always found myself surrounded by academia. Not only was my father a recognized figure in these circles but everyone I knew and interacted with had a studious element to their personalities. This feeling of belonging to the academic community was rekindled and enhanced when I commenced my master's degree at SCAD. Inspired by the well-decorated and fun-loving faculty members here and beginning to identify my own potential as a teacher, I started treading this path that I have come to love very much."

"If you are going to be a salesman, you might as well be selling something worthwhile like education."
-Randy Pausch, The Last Lecture, CMU
