SCAD-Atlanta Gala, 2008ATLANTA — The Savannah College of Art and Design proudly announces the debut of the SCAD-Atlanta Scholarship Gala, Thursday, May 1, at 1600 Peachtree St.

The eco-chic evening will feature a silent auction of hand-selected work by SCAD students, alumni, faculty and staff. Live demonstrations showcasing SCAD’s multifaceted art and design curriculum will entertain guests as they bid, culminating in a special spotlight presentation about the acclaimed fashion department. SCAD’s continued commitment to the environment will be stylishly evident throughout the evening in earth-friendly décor, an organic menu and nature-inspired ambiance.
