Eight SCAD students were finalists in healthcare design competition
Eight SCAD students were selected as finalists for the inaugural Nurture Collegiate Healthcare Design Competition. B.F.A. furniture design students Jared Knoy and Carlos Diaz as well as B.F.A. interior design students Aeriel Whitworth and Christina Achee created the project, "Universally Designed Portable Waiting Environments to Serve Temporary Medical Facilities." B.F.A. interior design students Blair Schermerhorn and Ashley Sueiras, as well as B.F.A. furniture design student David Colas and non-degree seeking student Will Sherer created the project, "Urgent Care Center Waiting Rooms."
