Association for Preservation Technology International awards scholarships to Stephens, Fisher

SCAD students enjoy continued success with presentation scholarship awards from the prestigious Association for Preservation Technology International for 2012. Fifteen scholarships were awarded to students across North America, and for the second consecutive year, SCAD has had two scholarship awards. The award-winning SCAD students were Kathryn Stephens (M.F.A., historic preservation, 2013), who presented “Revisiting Restorations: Issues of Correction and Reinterpretation in the Work of Early Preservationists,” and Barbara Fisher (M.F.A., historic preservation, 2012), who presented “Creating a Digital Database of Historic Resources on Wilmington Island, Georgia.”
